Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IndiSocials. We've put the plain-language summary first so you don't have to read the legalese unless you want to.

Plain-language summary

• You sign up, you pay the monthly fee, you get access to the platform. Cancel anytime — your data exports out in one click.

• Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't train models on it.

• Use the platform responsibly — no spam, no scraping, no illegal activity, no abuse of WhatsApp / IndiaMART / Justdial APIs.

• 14-day free trial, no credit card. After that, a 7-day refund window on the first paid month if you're unhappy.

• Disputes are resolved under Indian law, in Indian courts.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in INR via Razorpay, Cashfree, or manual bank transfer. Prices listed on the public pricing page apply. We may revise pricing for new sign-ups; existing paid subscribers are grandfathered for at least 12 months from any price increase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; violate WhatsApp Business Policy, IndiaMART Terms or Justdial usage policies; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; resell access without a signed reseller agreement; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of every lead, contact, message, and report you store in IndiSocials. We process it solely to deliver the service. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it as training data for AI models without explicit written consent.

5. Data export & deletion

You can export every record from the platform in machine-readable formats at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it (subject to legal retention requirements like GST invoice records).

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We're not liable for downstream service outages (WhatsApp Business API, IndiaMART, Razorpay, your DNS provider, etc.).

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime from billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use clause, after written notice and an opportunity to cure.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
